What a beautiful day we shared at our 2026 Spring Fair! There was such a wonderful feeling throughout the day, with children creating and playing, families catching up, delicious food being shared, live music, and our community coming together in the spirit of celebration.

This year’s Fair was made even more special as we celebrated 10 years of educating children at Goora Gan Steiner School. To mark this milestone, we unveiled our beautiful new mural, a collaborative vision brought to life through many hours of painting, creating and working together. A very special thank you to Taurean and Sarah for the many hours you dedicated to the mural, and for working alongside our students and staff to bring the vision to life. It was a wonderful way to celebrate this milestone and create something lasting for our community.

A day like this doesn’t happen without many hands behind the scenes. Our heartfelt thanks go to all of our parents and families who gave their time, energy and creativity to bring the Fair to life — from organising stalls and activities, preparing food and setting up, to volunteering throughout the day and packing everything away. Your generosity and willingness to pitch in is what makes these community days so special.

We are also incredibly grateful to all of our donors, sponsors and volunteers whose generosity supported the Fair. A very special thank you to our major sponsor, Bendigo Bank, and to JMP Industries for their generous sponsorship, along with all of the local businesses, families and organisations who contributed goods, services, time and support. Our donors and sponsors are acknowledged below with our heartfelt thanks.

Most of all, thank you to everyone who came along and shared in the day. The Spring Fair is a lovely reminder of what can be created when a community comes together — with generosity, creativity, hard work and plenty of joy!

Our Woodwork Stall was proudly sponsored by the Community Bank Agnes Water 1770 - Bendigo Bank.

The Woodwork Stall has been an integral part of our Spring Fair for 10 years, we are grateful to have run it again this year.

10 years ago the Agnes Water Bendigo Bank were one of the sponsors who were instrumental in getting Goora Gan Steiner School off the ground. We are grateful for the support of our community bank and their fantastic team over the last 10 years.

Our Tie Dying Stall was sponsored by JMP Industries, thank you to Jamie Peters and team for you sponsorship and taking care of all our plumbing years for many years. We also received donations from Bundaberg stores: Big W, Kmart and Spotlight toward the Tie Dye Stall.

Donations of ingredients for our infamous homemade Hot Lunch came from: Everfresh Agnes Water, Agnes Water Foodworks, Golden Hill Farm, Ron’s Fruit & Vege, Souvies, Agnes Wholefoods, Lala Luna Herbals, Tucker Dust, Deepwater Laundry and equipment lent by: Drift & Wood, Captain Creek Sport and Rec & Make and Mend.
